Cosy mountain home that is perfect for a family, a few friends, a solo or couple escape. Located in a quiet street next to the national park, the perfect launch pad for adventures or a spot to relax. Within walking distance of the three sisters and a short drive to town. Reverse cycle central heating/cooling and open fire place and electric blankets for comfort. Well stocked kitchen, board games and a big tv provide entertainment for all.
Dogs are welcome in the living space.
The space
North facing sun soaked living room has two generous three seater couches.
We have loads of games and puzzles and a 60 inch internet tv (re free to air see below).
Dining room comfortably seats 6 and has an open fireplace.
Recently renovated kitchen with induction cooktop and large fridge, coffee pod machine, stovetop expresso maker and a selection of teas. Basic supplies including oil, a few herbs, flour, sugar, some sauces. Good quality kitchen appliances and cooking tools including Scanpan pots and knives, electric frypan, rice cooker, sandwich maker, trays for baking.
Modern bathroom with shower (no bath yet sorry) and new heat lamp (June 23). Sukin products.
Three bedrooms with quality hotel grade linen, electric blankets and extra blankets - two with queen and the third with two singles.
Side courtyard (approx 15m by 2m) is fenced. A small determined dog may be able to dig under lattice which has some small gaps up to 10cm but it keeps out large dogs in. See photos.
Tv notes - there is reception via internet (but it is the country, there is the occassional wobble). We have unlimited internet and free to air but from the Wollongong signal so a bit patchy. You can also use chrome cast for casting your streaming services or free to air apps.
Joss, our marvellous property manager lives round the corner and is available to sort out any issues - please call on her if any issue at all - text, phone or message in app. Note we border a national park and you may see wildlife.
