For a spectacular view of Gunnedah and the Namoi and Mooki River valleys, follow the trails along the Bindea Walking Track.
The Track has two walks that vary in length.
The Tower Walk will take about an hour to complete and is a pleasant stroll through the town's parks, gardens and residential areas.
The Porcupine Walk is a little more rugged and takes you through the natural bush environment and Porcupine Reserve. This walk will take you about two hours to complete and there are picnic and barbecue areas along the route.
