Red Dirt Distillery is a specialty business on the Dorrigo Plateau renowned for its Potato Vodka. Utilising the famous red soil Sebago potato, this vodka has flavour and bouquet, ignites the senses and lingers on the palate - no vodka burn, but rather a warming glow! They now make their own gin which is a fine balance of juniper, orange and ginger. With tonic? Bah humbug - Martinis only!
Red Dirt also manufactures Italian style sweet liqueurs including Lemoncello, Centerbre, Lime Liqueur and Nocino, which can be enjoyed alone, or mixed into exquisite cocktails. All products are made from their own spirit, hand crafted in small batches.
