Learn the art of chocolate making from the region's best artisan chocolate makers. This one day class is a great way to learn the basic skill of chocolate making and enjoy the fruits of your labour in a hands on relaxed environment. Taste. Experience. Create.
Your day will start with the an artisan chocolate maker introducing you to the world of Coverture and demystifying the art of tempering while you enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee. You will make your own fillings and take home the recipes. You will learn and practice the art of creating pralines, dipped truffles and chocolate bars.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided. The class is complete when your chocolates are packed ready for you to take home and show off.
